Our cows and pigs are born, raised, and butchered locally, and are never given antibiotics or added hormones, so you can be confident that you're bringing all-natural meats into your kitchen.

Beefalo is a cross of Bison and domestic cattle. The crossbreed produces high-quality, lean beef that is known for its delicious flavor and texture. In addition to its excellent taste, USDA testing has shown Beefalo to also be a healthier beef - proving to be lower in fat and bad cholesterol, while also having higher protein than traditional beef. Our Beefalo cattle are a crossbreed of Bison and Hereford cattle.
American Wagyu is the result of crossbreeding Japanese Wagyu cattle with American cattle. These cuts feature rich, buttery marbling with exquisite fat content and the beefy, robust texture of traditional beef. While it's not 100% Wagyu, the crossbreed is quite popular with US palates, and used as a high-end beef option at restaurants. With Sweetwater's Wagyu, you'll be getting a delicious cut that is bred at 80% Wagyu.
Hereford's are known to be a well-tempered breed, which naturally live a life free of stress. This care-free nature, combined with the Sweetwater all-natural diet, results in a beef that is tender and succulent. Hereford beef contains plenty of marbled fat, is full of flavor, and is guaranteed to be a high-quality beef at a very reasonable cost.
