We've recently renovated the original Farmhouse at Sweetwater and have decided to share it with others. This 2 bedroom farmhouse sleeps 4-5 people and is the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the country. You will have access to the grounds which includes 1000 ft of frontage on the Tooky River - great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. The property is also just seconds from Pat's Peak offering great hiking trails when it's not open for skiing/snowboarding.

The SugarShack is the ultimate "glamping" experience. This off-the-grid solar powered cabin sleeps 2-4 people with an upstairs loft and downstairs custom Murphy bed. Outside, you'll have access to a private fire pit as well as a fully stocked, shared kitchen pavilion. Our outdoor bathroom offers a real flushing toilet, cold water sink and shower to give you a comfortable camping experience. Kayaks and canoes are available to rent to enjoy a cruise down the river. 

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! This one-room solar-powered cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. The camp is equipped with a bluetooth sound system, ceiling fan and a queen size bed. The covered outside deck offers a quiet and peaceful set up - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite book. The river is just steps away, and it's a short walk to our outdoor common spaces (kitchen pavilion and bathroom).
